“Today’s procedure was a scary thing for me with things that happened to me in the past with going to the dentist. With my first visit being my consultation they were all so wonderful and Dr. Boudreaux explained exactly what was going to be done and reassured me I would not feel any pain. When I got to the office today they greeted me with a smile and went in the office and as they were getting me ready for the surgery they explained every step with me what they were doing and what to be expected. Dr. Boudreaux walked in and said we are going to get it all taken care of. I could not believe they got me into a Comfort Zone that I thought would never happen again. I am 64yrs old and the first time in my life from all my bad experiences at the dentist that I wasn’t trembling, crying, and hyperventilating. I owe everything to Dr. Boudreaux and his staff and will be recommending family and Friends to Dr. Boudreaux’s office. My rating to Dr.Boudreaux and his staff I give them 110%on my rating Thank you all so much and thanks to Dr. Bourdreaux for giving me a check-up call and if I needed him I could give him a call at any time!! When a person has to have all of their top teeth to get dentures it can be very traumatic. I was that person. Very nervous. I was put at ease immediately when I went for my procedure. Dr Boudreaux started the IV himself very impressive. Once the procedure was over. I was driven home. Dr Boudreaux called me but I missed his call because I was still zonked out from the anesthesia. Thank you Dr Boudreaux for your staff choice and for saying yes to being an oral surgeon. You are the best. Will definitely recommend you and use your services again if I ever need anything done.

The entire staff from the front desk to the procedure room then out the door was excellent but I thought were y’all go above and beyond was when I woke up from resting and Dr Boudreaux left me a message saying he was just making sure that I was doing well and if I needed anything just feel free to call and the next morning Michelle his nurse and I was able to talk with me to answer a few questions I had. Love your facility it’s very nice and clean which is important to me because I’m a lupus patient and you guys were very thorough with collecting my health and medicine information and asking me double which I also appreciate because sometimes people forget. I guess I will try to wrap it all up like this Dr Boudreaux and his entire team are 100% there to serve their patients and treat them with the best professional and bedside manner you will ever experience even after your procedure they are still there for you, the patient.
