“Today’s procedure was a scary thing for me with things that happened to me in the past with going to the dentist. With my first visit being my consultation they were all so wonderful and Dr. Boudreaux explained exactly what was going to be done and reassured me I would not feel any pain. When I got to the office today they greeted me with a smile and went in the office and as they were getting me ready for the surgery they explained every step with me what they were doing and what to be expected. Dr. Boudreaux walked in and said we are going to get it all taken care of. I could not believe they got me into a Comfort Zone that I thought would never happen again. I am 64yrs old and the first time in my life from all my bad experiences at the dentist that I wasn’t trembling, crying, and hyperventilating. I owe everything to Dr. Boudreaux and his staff and will be recommending family and Friends to Dr. Boudreaux’s office. My rating to Dr.Boudreaux and his staff I give them 110%on my rating Thank you all so much and thanks to Dr. Bourdreaux for giving me a check-up call and if I needed him I could give him a call at any time!! I appreciate how Dr Boudreaux takes his time to explain exactly what he’s going to do and answers any questions. He also follows up with me the same day of my procedure to make sure I’m doing okay. Scheduling is easy, being seen on time, not so much. I understand Dr. Boudreaux can run behind. A text or phone call telling me when it’s going to be 30 minutes or more would be much appreciated.
